and everyone likes to have 4xxx in cm with there temp. i don't and do not want to be forced to get any healing just to fight in pve.
i used to like being any prof temp and enjoy pve content without haveing to be a god dam healer or have any healing line.
i like to fight 30k health marks and win without haveing to get what everyone says to get to beat them. get you some healing line and you will live. that may be true but it is not what i want to play my char and should not have to get fotm temp to just have fun in pve.

If you don't play GCW at all... or participate in it heavily... you would not be huntable. Don't want to be a rebel or imperial and be left a lone... no problem. What to be a part of the Rebellion vs The Empire... then you are gonna be in some sort of PvP because, afterall, it makes no sense to just turn off PvPother than forcing your own devices on other people ( because that option effects a LOT of people ). You make out like I am a PvP nut. No I am not. I don't care much for it because I ampigeonholed into only hunting Jedi which I don't like to do. Why? I am not a Counter-Strike thirsty person where I need to kill someone and set them back 3 months. However, I do like to roleplay and its hard trying to track down a smuggler, ala Star Wars Movie style, when they cannot be hunted. Especially if that smuggler isn't in GCW or Guild War.

Give us more targets and you should see a large majority of the BH vs Jedi rant threads dwindle. I have played the other side of the mountain and I have PvP'ed them too. The non-jedi and non-bhplayer base in general cannot revolve the "i can't win" and "my template's broke" remarks that Bounty Hunters are too powerful because a few good templates can beat "some" jedi templates. That menatilty is false because other templates indeed can win.
So here is a list I, as a Bounty Hunter, would like to see :
1) Allhybridcombat professions such as smuggler and bounty hunter should be huntable regardless of faction
2) Jedi bounty should have no xp penalty for capture/kill
3) Only allow2 'successful'PvPMarks every 24 hours ( successful means seeker droid hastracked mark)
4) Ifmark logsout before there has been 45 minutes from time bio-signature request from spynet, the mission can be dropped for no penalty for the BH's PvP mission regardless of successful PvP bounty limitation in #3.
5) Loot forelite NPC bounty missions need to be increased and their AI dropped well all AI in general decreased.
6) Master Doctor doesn't count toward a combat profession for Bounty.
7) Rebel BH vs Rebel Mark should result in loss in Rebel faction if the hunt is successful ( don't know if this works now or not as I don't hunt within my faction. ) same with Imp BH and Imp mark
8) Faction should be earnable for taking marks that are opposing faction. ( if I take down a rebel mark then I get imperial faction ) and vice versa
9) Faction flags should enable/disable bounty readiness ( if your on leave or combatantyou should be huntable, if you are special forcess you should not be huntable )
These are just some of the things I would like to see.

I'm sure a few of your ideas have the ability to be transformed into something that we could present to Samous but as they stand you will be hard pressed to get any of those even on the list he will consider to show the devs.
All combat professions should not be huntable... characters should have to do something to get hunted.
Okay here two answers
first the smugglers get viz from smuggling how about, we institue some kind of viz system with smugglers that when they do space quests, they get viz from that
and two thats why it should only be BH, smuggler and Jedi
Now work with those two options and come back to me
