actually we are not attacking their wooks - but since the wooks come in waves , big waves ... they all started migrating over to us.

You know how it is 3 appear you shoot one and three come running , another group spawns behind us andrushs in and so forth and so on.

true they do not have rights to the spot.... However if you attack what they are attacking knowing you will do more damage (as the original poster stated) then you are kill stealing and it is considered a grief.

ask a CSR if kill stealing is allowed.

Kill Stealing, while it is a despicable act in any game, is quite legal in SWG.

Over and over and over and over, the devs and the CSRs have said "NO ONE OWNS A SPAWN"

Lord Nayax, borgle bat cave, akuanan cave, Fort Tusken any otherspot that I have never heard of for good XP or loot, not yours. You hold it buy doing the most damage, you get the XPor the loot by having the biggest group and doing the most damage.

I'd like to see a link to that info myself, Ive played just about every mmo on the market and I can't think of one that allows for blatant harrasment/ksing without Gm intervetion especialy Sony titles Eq,Eq2, both don't condone this so I find it hard to believe that SWG does. This goes beyond basic business sense, lets see piss of a customer, loose the customer less revenue thats a win, win situation considering the word of mouth in the mmo community. Heck Ive seen entire guilds of 200+ customers up and quit games and many other guilds follow suit when things continue down these same roads. I think its becoming more the standard that such simple things as this all mmo's in the future will be expected to have the status quo as the market becomes more saturated with game choices.

Go to the Loot and Items forum and post about whether Kill-Stealing is legal in SWG and about ownership os spawns, ask for people to give you links in regard to it. You'll get a list as long as your arm.

Devs have stated over and over again the the way to beat a camper is to out damage them

CSRs have continually refused to take any action in loot or spawn wars.

Or hey, when somoene KS's you (and it will happen sometime) you can file a ticket and the CSR will tell you, in effect, Cry More N00b!

Kill Stealing is not "legal".

i agree with the kill stealing. thats messed up but if the wooks came after you instead thats not your problem. next time they say to leave tell them "not until we finish telling our BH friend where you are" see if they laugh then lol
