Not unless they change something from test.
Reports are unanimous. You never get the name of your mark until you tab them as your target, and they are attackable.
Learn what is going on before you throw childish names around.

If you pull a mission on a friend will you kill it? Depends, incap probably
If you pull a mission on a guild mate will you kill it? Depends if i like him, incap probably
If you pull a mission on a jedi you used to have a deal with, will you kill it? If he pays me no, if no payment yes
If you pull the same mission on the same jedi for a second time will you kill it? He77 YesNow its not harasment, it's a coincidence (Sp?)
If your mission takes you to a player organised event, will you kill it? If it is a wedding, and the Jedi is the priest I would wait until he says "speak now or foreverhold your Peace" To which I would reply (Pointing at gun) " I am holding my piece" and then proceed to kill him hehe. If at the memorial of a fallen comrade I'd wait until the memorial is over, and sat "here is one more to mourn" and id blow him away.
If all the answers to the questions are no?, do you realise that your could well do it accidently?
Lets just hope your server understands when you accidently bag a jedi at a wedding or memorial for a fallen comrade.

As others have said, you don't get the name on 20 right now at all. When you get to the target you just use /tab and apprently it always(?) targets your mark first.

If you pull a mission on a friend will you kill it?
The only Jedi friends i have in game are guild members soooo...
If you pull a mission on a guild mate will you kill it?
No. I don't plan on taking Imperial missions so this shouldn't be a problem anyway.
If you pull a mission on a jedi you used to have a deal with, will you kill it?
Unless they are guild members, or have done something like helped me get into DWB or something major like that, then yes.
If you pull the same mission on the same jedi for a second time will you kill it?
Yes. I wouldn't have done it before, but if they want to hide the names and make it a lottery, then so be it.
If your mission takes you to a player organised event, will you kill it?
In a heartbeat.
