Translation:
If you are a novice you will only see normals, if you have invest 2 you will see small chance of elite, if you areMBH you will see nothing but elites and small chance of bosses.

Well all I can say as a MBH, I have not gotten a mark that wasnt an elite or a boss in the last 50 missions or so. So while I wont notice a difference, I can see this helping those that are still doing the invest grind.

Working on investigation 4 and I have not seem a single normal mark in the last 15k of experience Ive earned...so I dunno how drastically different it will be.

why dont we get something to help solve the main issue that BHers have with the post pub 21 player mark system. plz get off the npc topic. it's relatively unimportant imo.

I have seen ONE mark that was normal as MBH. I'm hoping CL wont make a difference as I want to change template and dont my chance for boss marks to drop. Anyone confirm this?

Thats now how I read that, it reads as Only MBHs can actually get a boss mission
