From experience I can tell you that the skill avoid incap is totally worthless when it comes to avoiding death for several reasons:

yes but if you have force run and avoid incap then you dont have 4,0,0,4 healer and you wont be very effective in pvp. yes you can heal while avoid incap is active and that just drains your force even more.
avoid incap and channel force/drain force
this looks like a very powerful combo on paper and when you can add in a holo its even more powerful

Defender is okay for base takedowns and defense untill everyone knows your defender and they all target you and war cry you..
warcry is a problem for everyone at the mo
but with avoid incap and channel/drain force why would you need healing if you can keep your force bar up
unless when your at 000 on ham bars it drains your force when you get hit or something
i dont know but on paper its looks like a killer temp where only force drain can kill you
