not strange at all except the jedi was a noob- it makes no sense to disable a barc at this point unless you are hoping its the only transportation the bh has available atm.

Eventually the free garage repairs will go away when enough barc repair kits end up on the servers. its my opinion that the free garage repair for disabled barcs was put in as a temporary way to get around destroyed barcs

Actually, m8, this was an NPC bounty. His investigation level is 0. Figured a veteran BH woulda caught that.

However, it is interesting that the BARC didnt require repairs.

it wasnt a jedi, it was an NPC, i waited to even start the investigation branch... so this guy was just a non-jedi CL44 NPC

lol i didnt even look at the template of the op. i just sorted homed in on the barc killing thing

But ya, since CU mobs have really taken a likeing to vehicles. It used to be only certain ones would eat your bike. Singing mountain clan and Nightsisters were notorious for it. Now it seems even Durnis eat bikes hehe

Something similar happened to me. A Stormtrooper shot my bike(why did he do that) and disabled it.I always carry backups, so I kill the stormie and generate swoop from deed and fly back to town. I opened up my datapad and called first bike...full health...so I think the datapad just sorted differently, so I pull second bike also at full health. I like this bug

i have 2 other vehicles, so getting back to a city wasnt a problem, even though both are slower than NYC buses, lol

I have noticed that the NPC AI is set to "HATRED" when it comes to vehicles. It might just be a bug that your Barc was a free repair.

I don't think most NPCs target bikes specificly. From what I've seen, many of them have AoE attacks and the bikes just get caught in the cone.

I have seen an NPC completly ignore me and go after my bike first. I usually store my vehicle before a battle but I needed 30K real quickand I got sloppy.
