I saw a post a while back complaining that they was no major source of Domesticated Meat. Most people were killing those poor Domesticated Animals at Townsperson spawns. This resulted in maybe 8 units of one kind of meat until the resources changed on a server.

There is hope.

On Yavin4 today I killed a few Mawgax and Domesticated Meat is harveted off of them. About 70-80 untis at a time too!

Now if they just fixed the tissues we might have a demand to use this resouce.

Eopies on Tatooine yield about 30. Or at least they did in beta.

Humbabas on Talus, they spawn with lairs and can be found as mission objectives

Not any more Scorus. Don't remember if it was wild meat or herbivore meat the give now, been on Naboo a week or so. Only the domesticated ones give domestic meat now.

The domesticated eopie's I've been hitting (Gorath) give me 5-6 domesticated meat.

Only certain Eopies do - most (desert, Jundland) give Herbivore meat. Which is good - herbivore is hard to find on Tatooine...

Humbabas are on Corellia, too. Good luck finding a nest or static spawn to farm from, though.

Where do you get yours? Only creature I can think of that might drop domesticated meat in decent quantities is the mawgax, and I'm not even certain about that one. I've never had to look for this stuff before, and my resource hunters are stumped.

I get most of mine from Humbabas (since I spend most of my time on Corellia). I do plan on doing some hunting on Yavin soon for just this purpose...

If I get lucky and find a lair, I can usually get 200-400 units...I was able to score over 3k last week when I found 3 lairs near each other...it brought tears to my eyes...such a beautiful sight.

mawgax is a good source.. however I was unaware of humbabas dropping it..

t planet are mawgax on?
