Lo all,

Having read a number of threads about Riflemen arent suited for wearing armour, my question is this; in your opinions, what SHOULD we wear? (indeed, what do you personaly wear).

Im asking this because ive finaly reached a stage where I have some spare cash burning a hole in my pocket; enough to get suited up in some nice armour. But having spent hours at the Bazaar/Vendors, I realised that I didnt know what, if any, a Rifleman should use. Should I stick with 'clothing' or is there an armour type generaly best suited for us?

Well cloathing is best for us. I Have a composite helm that i used night sister shards to make so it has low mind ham. But i rarely wear it. Mostly boots Paramilitary pants, spec ops duster, black shirt, and a sun hat

if you have engough money try to get some BE clothing.

Being a Tailor as well as a Rifleman, BE clothing is the best to get. BE clothing is clothing items that are enhanced by the components that Bio-Engineers can make. They give +skill mods like +cover, +mask scent, def vs things. Just ask your local Tailor about them and chances are they will be able to make you a custom order granted enough time

I have been running around in my boxers sometimes. No ham reduction and its the lightest in game armor

Bio Engineer clothing is nice, but with the right migration and buffs for full pvp character I wear 70a/70l/60h composite sliced.

Question: What happens when those clothes decay completely? are the skill mods lost for good?

I actually run around in just clothes most of the time (I'm a wookiee so no armor for me). I can't even find any BE clothes with good enough stats to justify the price, at least for me.

Wow, nikolai, from way back on the original GAT. Very few names I recognize from way back then, but here you are. I see you have almost a thousand posts, but I haven't seen you in a long @ss time (probably bc I don't post a whole lot), makes me reminisce.

In response to the thread, I wear black boots, black pants, a black shirt, black gloves, a dark mercenary bandolier, and a black cloak (all with four sockets each). Then I have my bald Zabrak head with little horns. I'm thinking about changing it all up, but I haven't gotten around to it.

It's an MMORPG, I wear nothing or as little as possible! It's not like anyone can see me.

Oh, wait, you mean my character? The usuall stuff for a biped, pants, shirt, coat, boots... I have a suit of Chitin armor, but I rarely put it on, even when I draw my sword.

Hey Jaster Not many of the GATers around anymore, although I've run across some here and there. 3 servers the majority of the Gennies/GATers are located on: Chilastra, Scylla and Tarquinas. Sucks that everyone is split up, though.
