/agree Ive only been a master BE for abut a week and already I cant stand the constant spam, Im in several other crafting professions also and none of their boards are bombarded with pet requests like this one! KEEP YOUR PET ORDERS TO YOUR SERVER'S BOARD/TRADE BOARD DON'T POST HERE UNLESS YOURE BE!! hehe

Wow! The nerve of these people! What are they thinking, comming to the BE boards looking for a BE. They should be beaten, they should be flogged, they should...

...be sure to add you to their ignore list if they happen to be on your server.

/agree (with AlufNul)

it's hardly "spam" when I see one or two requests. Personally I read my profession boards way more than my servers trade forums.

I don't think it's that bad.. if you want to find a BE you can always try the BE website server specific forums here:

Geez, please stop spamming our board. 90% of us AREN'T on your server... please take it to your appropriate server board.

Sorry, this is getting our of hand, and quickly becoming one of my pet peeves.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I come here far more often than my galaxy forum, it's always full of stupid threads and people biatching about griefing etc etc.

Given that only between 10 and 25% of the game population actually reads these boards I think that hitting wherever you can to get the attention of who you want to talk to is only smart. If you don't like it don't read it, my standard response of "I know where MY delete key is" doesn't really apply but the sentiment does!

Chill.

sorry if me posting that i need to hire a BE is bothering anyone, but every day about 3 times a day i run to coronet and theed to find a bioeng and politely ask them and so far nothing so i figured id see if there was someone on my server in another timezone or something who would be willing to help. sorry for using the forums to make progress in the game, i now realise that they are for getting mad at other people over small things. btw i need the bioeng on Naritus, please if you can help contact Jantiri

Maybe we should/could start 1 thread each week where we try to keep the "looking for BE on X server" posts. Those BE's who are interested in making custom pets would have to check that 1 thread to see who's looking and if they might be on their server.
Might not just be pets so might be best (if this sounds like a good ideda so far) to also state if you're after a pet, tailor tissue or food additive along with your server and other details.

But of course it would be hard to get people to stick to it.

*laughs* 5 "Looking for BE on Server xxx" on the first page alone right now.... some people still think this isn't getting out of hand? =)

Again, no offence to anyone posting these, but have you tried the server boards? Triedgoing toTheed or Coronet and doing a Search for BE's? I'm sure the latter would be a heck of a lot faster and more reliable.

Yes, one thread for people looking for BE's would be great, but very few would use it :/

The single thread would only hurt the progress the people are trying to make, It would conveniently place all their requests into one easily avoidable place, where we could ignore it. I'm afraid it's one of those things you just have to deal with.

One place for people to ignore vs.several places for people to ignore. I don't really see your point. This board is not intended for people seeking to hire. They set up 26 specific boards just for that.
