Hey i got this off one of the interviews Ralph Koster put up.....I myself am not a commando but I thought you guys deserve to read this.
RK: .... But when you're talking Squad Leaders or Commandos, there is one Master Commando in the entire game right now. One!
UGO: Isn't Master Commando the class where you get to wield flame throwers and rocket lauchers?
RK: Yeah.
UGO: You'd think more people would be interested in that.
RK: [laughs] Well, it's hard, is what it is. So there's a definitely curve to see which professions have Masters and which don't. Master Marksmen is the most common, followed by Master Scout. There are not many Bounty Hunters. Not yet.

it makes you wonder where they get their info from and what they listen to on the boards. Holo made progress with the announcement of the HW improvements, but that was days ago. Since then they have nerfed, unnerfed, and subsequently re-nerfed/unnerfed the T-21 for Riflemen.
I checked with the TC guys and they say that the new improvements to HW's are still not in either :/
