I was just wondering that maybe if you crafted in groups you would get XP from everybody, like what happens when taking Faction Missions in a group. It probably wouldn't work, but just a thought.

Has anyone visited alot of pois, and never have killed a yellow? My current character gets agro by yellows due to faction, so i cant help but kill yellows (neutrals). Im thinkin that killing neuts, might work against opening a slot. No, not disqualify, just slows one down perhaps.

PS> If they really wanted to make getting a FS really rare, they would require a character to walk instead of run most of the time, if not all. I really hope they didnt stoop this low, but this idea has haunted me for awhile. I really hate soe, and so my theories are in synch with them. Terrible ideas, for a terrible company. DOesnt really fit in with the "different for everyone" statement, but soo much of what *is* in-game, doesnt fit what we have been told by employees of soe.

How about giving jedi related items to the force characters? IE: the holocron splinters to the Jedi in the waterfalls?

Master 7 profession before touching a holocron?
After the last profession, see if the holocron is silent?

That will tell us if you need to master certain professions or if they are all random. The odds of guessing all of the professions needed are...you get the picture.

I would think in the time before the holocrons someone would have mastered that many profs. but i cannot say for sure as it was not me.

so far, all of the people who have opened thier slot have not(from what I have seen).

It is probably a combination of elite and starting professions.

I had mastered 8 professions before getting my first holo. The first holo was Brawler. Then I got second and that said Tailor. And 3rd, which I am still doing, is Squad Leader. So... You figure.

Taking master Lightsaber, making a 4th gen saber, then droping master to say 0/0/4/4?

Sounds nuts to do all that for 50 more dmg saber but was wondering if its possible to still use the 4th gen without master
