HI,
I am trying to collect some good resources for my BE friends and was wondering if this meat would make good BSNs for him.
DR=865, FL=582, PE=896, OQ=915
Thanks for the help

Yeah thats pretty good. Once you get your flora try it out in the following calculator to see what you get:

Check your server trade forum. The price will be different for each server. It takes 20K of meat to make a full run of tissues so pay attention to the price of meat on your server. That will give you the basic cost a BE has when making these, not including the flora and factory time.
Figure a reasonable profit margin and you'll know what to expect from your local BE.

Price is half supply (what you can get stuff for) and half demand (what people will pay. This is why it's server specific. Check your trade boards to see what people paid for the meat you used and use those values in your figuring. Because otherwise, you might as well just harvest the meat and sell it for more money and less frustration.

To figure the value of your meat and flora, check to see what meat (in particular) is going for on the trade forums. On mine, it is typically anywhere from 50-300cpu depending on the meat type and quality. For flora, anywhere from 1-5 CPU depending on its quality.
Back when I did markups, 50-100% seemed to be the going rates. At present the going rate on Gorath is BELOW COST.

This is where the clueless guy says "That's okay, I'll make it up in bulk!"

i do the same... but basically, i do it like this: light additives (20-25k a crate), mediums (40-50k), heavy additives (60-75k per crate) and i find that most chefs dont have a problem with it. but i bargain also... would rather lower my price and keep friends. but typically i would assume these prices are fair, considering how much a chef makes on food.

Really, it does cost you. If you use that meat in your tissues instead of selling it, you have invested the value of the meat in order to make the tissues. If you can't recover that value, you would be better off selling the meat than making tissues.
