1. Make friends with a high level BE.

2. Remove your arm.

3. Remove your leg.

4. Trade your arm and leg to said BE in exchance forVitality Pack & Pet Stims.

5. Repeat as needed or until you run out of arms or legs.

Ok, I've been making pet vitality packs since they came out with the last patch, and have just started selling them. Someone asked me a question today that kind of bothered me: do they actually work, or is the vitality of pets bugged so that it stays at its reduced percentage despite the use of vitality packs?

I ask because I seem to recall having seen an issue with vitality being bugged, but can't find the thread anywhere, and I don't want to sell anymore vitality packs if they don't work. Any info you guys have would be of great help!

They're working fine.

When a pet dies it goes down to something like 85/100 vitality or whatever. Currently, a creature like that will be at 85% of its original stats (but this is being changed soon).

When a vitality pack is used, it goes to 99/99 or whatever. So the creature will be at 99% of its original stats, permanently.

Basically it works that way so that a creature will eventually "wear out" and people will need to upgrade.

Also, the pet stimpacks have a few bugs with them, you might be thinking of that.

If you look in your datapad at the schematic it should tell you what is needed to be able to craft it.

You need to stand next to a private crafting station or a droid with the same module

Someone asked above what was ment by "needing a pet upgrade." What he ment was, your pets will wear out, much like your weapons and armor. So you will need to get a new one - as you would a gun that was reduced to condition 0/0. You have to think of Vitality as the pet's condition; and the Vit Packs as Repair Kits.

So yes, you'll need to find/buy/create/tame a new pet to replace the current one.

Is it just wrong that I am able to get VitAs up to 36 strength?

I love the fact that experimentation on the tissue line isnt broken.

um is is broken. Just that the only thing that works right is what they just added. The rest is unsure and was stated that all BE exper is wrong in one way or another. But we go on.
