If you mean waypopints and such, talk to artisans in your galaxy. If you're interrested in knowing what is available and what qualities is has, you can check out http://swgcraft.com - they have a database of the current resource spawns on the various planets in each galaxy. The data there is pretty complete, so check out which resource you want, what planet it is on, and go surveying. I know that site helps me a lot.
That will also help you find resources that are good to you. Every resource has many qualities to it. Stell that is goor for swoops, for example, might be terrible for extractors. It all depends on the particulars of the resource, and what you want to make with it.

You got alot of Grinding to do buddy. Along with the rest of Galaxy who have prob bought up most of the cheap grinding resources already.

I'm trying to get a posted I made stickied and need your guys help/votes to get it stickied. It contains alot of useful game guide links I have posted up and am continuing to edit.
I just really need to see how many people think that this is trully worthwhile and also I created it so people who ask for guides have a quick reference to go to so they do not have to search it out such as them asking what are the geonosian codes in the lab, a map of the deathwatch bunker, shipwright resources and such.

Unfortunately I don't think this will work but I need your guys help to get a thread I made sticked. It is called Game Guide Links. I have sent an e-mail to tiggs in an attempt to get it sticked but to no avail. I also sent an ingame mail to one of the moderators and still no help. I'm not a glory hound seeking fame to get one of his posts the award of stickyness. I just want to get that thread stickied up so we can point the new players the way to it in order to help them out. I have seen numerous posts for like a map of deathwatch bunker, how do you do the geo caves, What is this or how does this work. Thats why I made up the game guide links is so to help the new players and old veteran playersout.

I'm RSF level 2-2-1-1
What ship should I buy? What level components should I buy for it? Yep, I tried reading through the explanatory threads and I have to confess I'm sooooo left-brained that figuring out stats makes my head hurt. I would really appreciate a simple laundry list of components that I should (and could) buy. We have an outstanding shipwright on Tempest, so getting top quality parts isn't an issue. Thanks in advance to anyone that takes the time and effort to help out this poor piloting newb.
(and tips for levelling would be greatly appreciated as well! :smileywink
Oh, and is there a more convenient place to run missions out of rather than Theed and if so, can I transfer there?

disclaimer: this is not the best configuration, but it's the one that worked for me up until i got to the middle of tier 3 and then i got the ixiyen.. realized that it sucked and went back to my dunelizard, style 1 (i hate the style 2)with the stuff that i loaded in the ixiyen (most of it was level 6 and 7 stuff).. most of this was loot and not something i bought from a shipwright... good luck to you.. i hope this is what you wanted or this helped you out.. just gives you some stats to look at... also, make sure you have ample ammo for your proton torpedoes if you want them... once again, this worked for me, not necessarily the best setup, i'm sure...
