The problem is that the prices WILL vary depending on what server you're on and what planet you are on. Even on my server I've noticed big differences in prices between the different planets.
I've seen mediums as high as 70k (very possibly overpriced) for BER10s... and sold as low as 35k (just happens to me my price). Chem ones won't be as cheap as they use 3 walls, and Architects sometimes like to price things on how many walls/how much ore things take.
Ask around, use the Community search tool to find architects and ask them. Though Masters are more likely able to hit the BER10 on Mediums, Its very possible to do BER 10 mediums when not a master.
You should try posting a WTB ad in your server's trade forum.
If you're going to post such items here then you should at least put the server name in the subject line.
We can quote you our prices but 95% of us are not in your galaxy so our prices are basically useless to you. Economies differ greatly server to server.
