Depending on the server a MME +1 may be worth more. On Chilastra, 6K on the bazz or 10-15K on a vendor is common
One reason for the low price is that many musicians don't even bother with them, and those that do, like myself, already have a full set of clothing with +1 or better. +1 only gives a 1% bonus to the buff power, and with a maximum of 8 clothing items that can hold tapes and be worn at the same time (provided you can remove your pack and wear a sash), that's only 8% with +1's. To hit the theoretical max of +25, you need to average over +3 across all 8.
A side note is that 4 socket clothing is now VERY RARE. If its an item you are getting made with Bio also, even worse, and if you add a +1 you can upgrade it later, but it still takes up the slot and the upgrade will take another one.

You should probably post this to your galaxy trade forum to get a better answer. Prices can vary from galaxy to galaxy.
Its not going to fetch 1M like a crafting experimentation tape might, but I've seen these go for more than 10k-20k in my galaxy.
Maybe I'm weird, but I'd be interested in anything that improves my peformance.

The problem with +1 tapes is that, unless I'm terribly mistaken,bonuses for skill tapes of the same type won't stack in the same garment. Therefore, to get to the +25 skill cap, you'd have to have 25 different articles of clothing with 1 +1 tape in each being worn, which isn't possible.
All in all, the way it stands now, +1 tapes just have very little value, in my opinion. At most, it might mean another 5% or so, which equates to very little extra buff for the buck, if you will. If they could stack in garments, I think they'd be a lot more useful, and therefore more valuable.

I usually see em for 15k on kettemoor. I'll buy em whenever I see em. I'll even buy em up after my clothing is full, because there will always be more clothing to buy

*ahem* I made a trio like that and sold them for 3 million *blush* but thats not what i was charging - thats how much he was offering - I badly needed the money though

I have never been good with pricing, not EVER 
So what I did was since my guild has some MCHs in it, I would ask them what a certain pet would be worth and take the average, then maybe go a little higher or lower depending on what I thought.
If you know any honest CHs, I would suggest you ask them.
If not... please don't ask me, I really am bad with prices but AT LEAST several hundred thousand or more depending on how much time/money you spent on them and what your galaxy's economy is like.
