The level 10 migh tbe possible as long as good enough recources have spawned (OQ and CD > 982). But even if one were able to make this, a greater challange would be a level 60 R3. Just think, in order to make one of these you would have to 1.) make the before mentioned perfect detenation module, 2.) make a perfect droid brain, 3.) combine the perfect droid brain and perfect detentation mudules into a combat socket and then finally 4.) make the final droid.

I doubt you'll be able to make power capped (10 power) det. modules... but you can probably get 9 power per modulethat's the best I can do. I haven't seen anyone get higher than that.
I already havethe detonation module capped +10 power +15 mechanism so it is posible i have the chasis and only need to make the combat clusters and Voila
try that combo you will see it for yourself
Edited to put the combo i used
Eweodehi(copper) oopliite(inert) Nonoglearet(tolium) DE buff and the food buffs i also use perfect crafting tool and perfect crafting station in a research center city
