Just like to say hello and apologise for any questions i ask that i can't work out after reading 101!!!!
I'm on Bria, three characters Zodian, zian and zepher..... Zodian is a master chef, merchant etc and will be the droid engineer
and have been playing for over a year, but as an elderly player am not brought up in the computer world, some of my problems are fairly basic and might not be considered to be worthy of a mention in 101, lol!

We aren't all young folks around here. My 20 year old son got me interested.
Don't be shy about asking questions.
That is how we all learn.
Welcome

Welcome.
I just mastered DE today in fact, I've been such a slow grind though lately, even though having enough grind resources + around 70k of fiberplast/steel to spare. I've grinded from 3214 DE, to master, today. Too bad there was a power outage down here for three hours, else I would've been MDE much earlier.
Don't worry about getting to the top before you start enjoying the profession, though.
Yes, DE requires alot of components, time, and resources, but it's the love for droids that really comes out on top over everything else. DE has it's own way of weeding out the droid haters.

You may be surprised at some of the ages around here. Welcome and ask away!

I doubt you'll be able to make power capped (10 power) det. modules... but you can probably get 9 power per module
that's the best I can do. I haven't seen anyone get higher than that.

Actually since the entertainer buff has came along they are possible to make. However you do need great resouces. All you need though is great resources on the det mod. Some 9s that have a high enough 'invisible' decimal place (9.92 if the decimal carries to the droid or 9.84 if it only carries to the cluster) will do it or if you hit det lvl 10 mods you can do it. The droid brain doesn't matter though, only the det mod. I had some real good copper and inert gas and had 2 resource deeds I used for the tolium, 1000OQ is available on eclipse with those. I thought I had lost one of my deeds (sorry straker lol) but found a factory run on my vendor of lvl 9s. I must have been real tired (or too many smuggled spices)the night I made them and also the night I picked them up and put them on my storage vendor cause I SURE don't remember it. lol I had held on to the other deed and since the buff made another run of det lvl 10s.

The level 10 migh tbe possible as long as good enough recources have spawned (OQ and CD > 982). But even if one were able to make this, a greater challange would be a level 60 R3. Just think, in order to make one of these you would have to 1.) make the before mentioned perfect detenation module, 2.) make a perfect droid brain, 3.) combine the perfect droid brain and perfect detentation mudules into a combat socket and then finally 4.) make the final droid.
