Indeed, Bespin Port & 4 points at a timeis a "loot crafter's" best friend. Also keep in mind that although the range mod on looted geo cores is really good, if I remember correctly its only on the ideal range. Point Blank & Max actually suffer compared to crafted cores, which is bad since most damage will be done at point blank. Somebody please correct me if I'm remembering wrong.

Spot on. You can keep about 3m range (ideal for PH I think...too lazy to check) if you try though. The bigger hit would probably be from max range being so low since then lunge sucks to hit... Still though, as sad as it is, few actually look at range mods...

I have posted a few places in here that I will not hunt same faction Jedi but since we can not tell the faction on the terminals I am reduced to either tracking them down to see what faction or just sending them a tell..
the other day a guildie informed me there was a jedi grinding in a pretty well known grinding area... I knew the name and that he is normally on the term but I had less than an hour online left no buffs.. but thi jedi was "hogging" the spawn and my guildie wanted me to come kill him ...
well I knew I didnt have time the guy was not a knight yet... so I just sent the Jedi a tell "you Imp or reb"... pause he replies "why?" I inform him that I break down all the Jedi that I hunt into two factions because I wont hunt same faction he says oh I am a reb I say kk see ya soon....
Jedi for some reason left the grinding area and logged....
Now do not get me wrong if a Same faction Jedi is standing there badmouthing me or the guild I will take matters into my own hands so it is not a get out of jail free card.. but I dislike using the same faction thing to avoid getting tef.. feels cheap and dirty to me after all in real life if I went after a mark do you think that the marks friends wont attack just because I am purple?

well i wont /tell a jedi as they will either log as u say or will have a gank squad ready for u when u get there...but i hunt both factions

I used to think the same way... and you limit your options and the chance to make some decent money. So, I decided to hunt ALL Jedi and start a BH guild. Bounty = No rules.

ah but see with me being limited in time that day and the Jedi hogging the spawn my tell was easier than me taking the mission and going after him... 1) he logged and guildie got the spawn area 2) if he got a gank squad well the squad would be waiting a while I had no plan of actually hunting him just making him think I was

If you want to hunt only 1 factioned jedi. Dont ask them lol...
Track them once, if they are your faction send them a tell saying "you are on the terms, I couldve just killed you, watch out" You can then either go home, or if you are feeling particularly sadistic, go kill them.

When I was factioned, I didn't care about the Jedi's faction. I took any mission and the hate tells with them.
Now I'm neutral, so I really don't care.

I believe the real argument is not factional, butwhatour guild's faction is; I knowthis is my problem, personally. I would recommend that you switch guilds(if this is the case) to a guild where they could care less.
