Your selling your Light armor too cheap as well..I mean any armor that knocks of 50% off the top of any non armor peircing dmg..Only 20k heh I double the price for light armor I mean how many low level CHs you see running around with a natural light armor pet..HMM none they have to be bio engineered..Selling yourself short for sure.IMHO..
Also pets over 70 are a waste to try and sell..Nobody can use them. Not unless a uber rare armor or clothing attachment of + to CL is out there..But I think thats not gonna happen to alot of people.
I've been selling my Non-CH pets for 60k and heard of others going for 70k...I selling CL50s for about 150k-175k but they have 12k HAM, AR1 and +45% Kin/Ene resist. I don't really make anything other then Non-CH and CL 50+ unless it's a mistake.

I do not agree with the simple CL pricing, it does not refelct how good a pet is.
Most quality pets will fall in the CL20-40range for the "twin" or "triplet" set,I don't consider things above that to be of quality.I price things lower when they go above the CL40range because I know I've messedup and made the pet's CL too high, its similar to having a nice gun but screwing up the HAM cost. I knowmost BEscan maketwo CL35 pets that could beat any CL70pet in any possible situation.
I also think armor isvery decietful, but its something you can take advantage of to inflate price. Most customers would rather have Light armor and 50%Resist thansimply 75%resist or Light armor and 20%Resist rather than 60%resist, when infact the no armor situationsare better in combat and doesn't pump up the CL like armor does. Its a different story when you have light armor and 60Kin or energy though.

One thing we have been talking about at the SWGTailor message board is what is our time as tailors worth to us? Do we charge a percentage for large special orders, or do we charge a flat fee? And then how do we handle those people who refuse to visit one of the websites out there and instead ask you questions. (Sadly, I am at the point where I am going to tell someone I consider a friend, that she either has to do the work herself or I will just put her on ignore. I don't log into SWG to be her private tutor when it comes to tailoring.)
It's a hot topic and usually ends in some sort of small flame fest on these boards, but I think that we as tailors need to continue to communicate with one another.
