i was gonna get teh force armor tree. but some people i know say it hurts in pvp since every damage u take is taken from your force, and a jedi with no force = dead, its only for emergencies.

I would love to do 4004 in LS and master force powersand healing. Seems best for roleplaying and support. But I know once i get to the trials(long way away btw) I'll be in trouble. And no force run
Maybe by that time powers will be a more effective tool?
any suggestions?

Hi new to this game and wondering whats better to combine with Master combat medic. Master rifleman, pistoleer or carbineer. Thanks in advanced, any advice is appreciated.

Right now the easiest thing to pair with CM is Rifleman. If you get +10 or so in speed tapes, you shoot t21s at the speedcap and do crazy damage. Also pairing the headshot/mindshot of rifleman with CM is devistating. Your weakness here is going to be if melee characters get up on you, then they can knock you down fairly easily and then wail the $hit outta you because of your low defenses.
What i think is the best combo to pair with this is Carbineer, but you must have SEA's to do so. If you get +25 carbine speed, and a buncha accuracy/acc while moving tapes you can really tear people up. With +25 speed tapes you can shoot any carbine 2.9 speed or faster at the speedcap plus the damage multipliers of Carbine are insane right now. Get a good krayt laser rifle, throw some poisons, dizzy and KD people, then use scattershot 2 and you can absolutely tear people up. Otherwise if you wanna skip the poisons, you can just use crippling shot, which hasa 7x multiplier on it, and with this you will actually health incap some people in pvp before they can get back up/heal themselves.
Pistoleer is horrid as it stands. Broken specials, Low Damage/Low AP weapons. With pistoleer your best offense is your defense. Get Dodge food, and stay on the move and you dodge alot of attacks, while letting your poisons do the damage.
Of course all these scenarios are for PVP, for PVE definitely the most powerful profession is Rifleman. Advanced Strafe with a T-21, and its 5x damage multiplier and heavy AP absolutely tear creatures apart. Its not uncommon to hit stuff for 6/7/8k in PVE with this attack.

A common approach is to pick up novice doc and get 3000. You'll get state heals, low level poison cures (works for all PVE poisons and can be re-applied over and over for real CM poisons) and the use of fire blankets (may need to get them made special for your low med use). That is if you are satisfied with your Swords being your main offense.
I had that setup with Fencer and loved it. I'll probably try the swords with the same CM and Doc. works well.

I would either add them to Ranger
CH, or work up the medic use line

What I asked is, what Ranger skills should I get with that 12 SP.
