Well this house is an old member who quit playing and he had a lot trader drop this house and I know this lot trader had no money in his bank.. As of now the house has been condemned for about 3 weeks..
so i will keep you all posted on what is going on with it..
god i hope it poof lol

Yes! Cantina, theatre and med centers stand after city has fallen. On Kettemoor the city of Greenmurk is no more. All three of those buildings from that city still stand. I'm admin on all of them. They're in the deep swamps south of Moenia. Great RP opportunity!

And cantinas, theatres, med centers are considered homes. They have a pre-req to drop (like merchant tents) but not to keep. Nothing will destroy a house aside from deleting your character or inattentiveness on maint.

As it is, the house will only poof if the person deletes their character or whenever the CSRs do account maintenance (also known as the player purge). I'm pretty sure I have some houses that exceed that 4 week time frame. I'll post later when I log back in to check.

Unless you have a large mass MP ship YT, Dec, Nova or the Lady Luck thing you can't get up when you are in one of these ships there is a button in the lower middle of the screen that says Leave Station or something like that

If you're in a MP ship, there's always a "Leave Ship Station" button when you're at any ship station. Or, if you're sitting in the cockpit, you can always type /stand

I see. I thought my Krayt had a turret I kinda wanted to check that out. I never got a leave station button. Will try the stand command.

Your Kryatt is not a POB ship you can not walk around in that. It is for anothe person who can go up in space with you if you aregrouped with them. They will man the turret.
