here is what Ive gotten using a 44.96 crafting station:


kinetic layer - 91%

dont think Im going to get to much higher


adv comp seg -> 79%

been having really bad luck with my segments, 79% seems to be the absolute best, yielded a 34% base seg


comp armor -> 72%

should I try for any higher?


all that combined yielded a 64% base, I would like to get it higher






A 10-point AS can get as high percentages in the 2nd row (Quality) as a 12-point AS. The advantage of the 12-point AS is that he will have points left to reduce HAM. The maximum percentages are only dependent on the quality of your resources. Just calculate the weighted average and divide by 1000 to get your maximum.

My personal maxima are:


- kinetic layer 94%
- advanced segment 82%
- composite armor 91%

I guess I just need better exp on the armor itself. Can I really hit 85%+ on it?

Base resist 85% without slicing or enhancements? No.


Experimental Quality 85%? Yes. Just try to find some better resources.

Thanks, but what do you mean by 12 points? Is that the number you can add through tapes? I guess what I mean is how many exp points should I buy? I don't want to waste any.

+20 skilltapes gives two extra points, you can have up to +25 but no visible effect from the extra.

yes you have 100 at master and you can add another 25 but you will only get 1 experimentation point for each +10 experimentation mod. so there is no point in getting +25 cause the last 5 wont give you anything

if the FS experimentation bonuses stack with SEAs then you will need 24-25 in SEAs toget 14 points with the +16 from FS.
