Crafting tools, good quality weapon and armor repair tools,power-ups and to a lesser extent droid batteries. You could also do suits of bone armor, but the market for bone armor is fairly low, especially with everyone flying around up in space and very few people playing the ground game.

I would suggest that you get yourself a factory as quickly as possible. They really do pay for themselves in no time at all. If you can find some way to get yourself a factory, my advice would definitely be crates of power-ups and droid batteries on the bazaar. Maybe focus on the droid batteries. Everyone sells power-ups on the bazaar, but few people think to sell droid batteries (at least on my server). When the docs who are buffing run low on batteries they'll run to the bazaar and gladly pay 6k for a crate of 10 droid batteries so that they can get back to buffing before they lose their line.

Aside from that, I would say get yourself to master artisan, even if you don't plan on keeping it in the long run you can use vehicle sales to keep yourself afloat until you can start making weapons or armor. Good luck!

Before I mastered a crafting profession I sold wind power. I sold ALOT of wind power. You can sometimes find BER 9wind power generators for as little as 500 credits on the bazaar.

I found some of these too. At 500 credits they are a bargain and with 8 of the going all the time I soon had enough money from selling the power to get myself some factories, and so on and so forth. As has been mentioned Crates of batteries and Powerups always sell well on the bazaar. Coro bazaar seems better then others. I may be wrong there though.

Good Luck and just keep thinking big.

I mastered doc last week and I must be missing some things. I have spent days and days and days hunting for resources and have been tumbling for cash.

That's pretty weak. I'm a very new player, obviously.

Could you all point me to some FAQs or something? There's got to be a way for me to make some cash.

I know how you feel I was very poor when I got master doc and stayed that way for 2 weeks. I took down my Master Doc tag because players kept asking me to buff them, an I would say “I don’t have any buffs, I don’t have any credits, and I wrecked my fighting template to master doc, so plez lave me alone” I was a Master doc and all I had was 12k to my name. The start up for costs for a doc at least 400k for all stuff needed to give good buffs, an over a mill if you want to make your own buffs. My advice is too find a Guild that is looking for a doc. Most guilds are looking for a doc to join, they most likely be happy to help you round up the supplies to buff. I have even seen guild go as far as to recruit noobes and pay them to become doc.

If you want money, you are in the wrong profession bro.

Heres the quickest way to become a millionaire.

1-Create Character

2-Join a large guild that will help new players

3-Leech top end armor from guild armor smith

4-Choose a combat profession, Swordsman is arguably the best money maker

5-Pick up ur novices

6-Get your guild Dr to buff you

7-Kill meatlumps/sharnaffs until you get to Novice XXX (Swordsman)
8-Goto Dantooine with anothe buff and slaughter Quenkers

9-When near the top of swordsman, maybe 4443 or so, join a solo group and get buffed.

10-Goto a Labor city on dantooine, pull out your scythe, get buffed, and pull janta missions

*If you manage to get a speed scythe, 1,9-2.0 speed its best for jantas

11-Pull janta missions and make 30k every 2-3 minutes. As a dr buffing you only make 10k every 2-2.5 minutes.

Not to mention you will get blood/crystals/adhesives. Dr is a nice profession to play, and a good way to make money. But definately not the profession to take if all you are worried about, is the money.

I'm actually in a guild...

I should ask them to help me gather meat...

Yes but don’t ask for credits player hate that, ask the guild leader to send out a list of stuff you need (Lok wheat, liquid, petro fuel class 4, ex.) explain that you a low on credits because you have been grinding doc and was wandering if any guild members would sell you this stuff cheep, and also say you are setting up a guild hunt for meat and need lots of scouts to come with you. Explan that if you hunt in a group that all of the group can harvest the same kill (this is much faster than hunting alone). Tell the guild members that you intend to buff them at cost or discount when you get your buffs. If you do this half the guild members will give supply’s to you for free. When I did this 2 guild member bank tipped my 100k each, hehe. Don’t ask for credits, ask for help, you get more credits that way.

teras kasi is faster for mokk's/janta's and doesn't require any weapons (once i mastered i hardly ever used my vk)let alone a 1mil+ scythe.... plus itis the fastest combat profession to grind.

i recently dropped teras kasi because it's kinetic only, so i picked up swordsman for blast damage. swordsman is close to the speed tk can do cavemen but tk is a bit faster.

Agreed its faster, but you cant even TOUCH a rock shaper because they are 100% kinetic resist

yeah, those suck. i beat on one for about 5 minutes before examining it and seeing the 100% kin resist, i just thought i was lagging or something lol

i think the mokk shapers are 100% blast still, i haven't run into one yet though.

post what server your on, I'm sure there is a couple peeps that could help you out. If you happen to be on shadowfire, come see me. I'll be glad to help you out. I can at least get you some armor, a weapon and some mid-grade buff packs, you can buff you self and do some hunting to work up your combat skills. Also, probably the easiest way to make money is resource mining. Get novice artisan, find a cheap harvester and a wind generator. Survey for spots. ATM, steel is a hot property, grinding to great. You could easily make some creds on it, and while your havs are happily churning away, work some combat skills. You'll be ready to buy your first public buff packs in no time, then you can start making some cash

Don't fret, it can be rough at first, but once you get the snowball rolling downhill, it'll accelerate quick enough.

Powerups and more specifically Grenade Wiring Kits. Its all about OQ and no other stat. All that matters is you hit 25-32% on max damage. And you will sell out on the bazaar's and your vendor. But it helps to have a factory because people want crates. Grenade powerups dont have the issues of melee and ranged do. You have max damage, min damage or radius. Thats it and the only secondary stat is wound. Connect yourself with a grenadesmith and his sales will increase because of your powerups.

Harvest the good stuff!

Put swgcraft.com in your favorites!

Made 18,250,000 in 5 days this week harvesting Kammris Iron Rapa.

Like the previous poster said ...it does take credits to make credits....

I have 27 harvesters down on the Kammris which cost me 100K each

and I have 8 Fusion generators down on the current radioactive.
