Hi insecure,
I did receive an email by Thunderheart upon my request to become a correspondent for this profession. In summary, he basically said that there are other candidates too and he still has to check stuff out before acclaiming one. The politician correspondent, however, was probably smart enough to apply before it was even a live profession. Since he/she was most likely the first and only applier, it was easy to appoint him/her that position.

Actually, I do know plinka, or at least know of her, by her posts. She has put a lot of time and effort into cataloguing all the changes and writing FAQ's for test center. She is, without a doubt, the best person for that job.
I would like to write an FAQ for BE, but haven't had time. No one else has! I'm not sure that choosing a BE correspondant would be nearly as easy.
(please don't think that I'm trying to take the BE correspondant position. I definately don't have the time or energy to do it.)
Actually, on that note. . ,
You never know whether or not she applied for the jobor the developers actually suggested to her for the job. . . If I read her post about politician before there was a Corr., I would have suggested it to her. . .

More than half of the promised fixes are on the live server already since weeks. Didn't you play your BE for a while?
The only stuff that is missing is the pet changes (which is a big job and sure needs time if you don't want it to screw each and every CH and BE) and the missing ingredients for tissues. Anything else not there that was promised?
I think the BE crowd needs to take a chill pill.

Although none of the Clone Engineering changes are going to be able make this next update, I thought I should try and clarify a couple things.
* All critical creature stats will be viewable on the final crafted creature including the creature’s level, armor ratings and special abilities
* The level of the crafted creature is going to be determined by the actual final stats of the creature. This level will be affected by the skill of the Bio-Engineer and the quality of the DNA used. Master Bio-Engineers will be able to make creatures of a specific level with stats equivalent to a wild creature several levels higher.
* Certain creatures will have a minimum level cap. To keep certain creatures interesting and unique their levels will never be allowed to go below their minimum regardless of what their actual stats are.
* The full grown size of a creature will vary quite significantly depending upon its level.
* Many, many, many new creature templates have been added. I’ve more than doubled the number of creature appearances available. And I took special care to add creature types that are do not have tamable versions in the wild. There will however still be several wild tamable creature types that cannot be cloned

absolutely NO dis-respect to you individually Tiga but i would prefera representative that is not a MCH /MBE combo ... i feel as tho there are alot of BE's that are not also CH's and that they deserve the representative to have thier interests in mind ..as a MCH you can use your own pets and for many of us that is not the case. I feel that the MCH/MBE combos do not feel as much of the plight as the rest of us as far as selling thier creatures/mounts since you can train as well as make them ... ONCE AGAIN .... THIS IS NOT PERSONAL.
hell i may be wrong and you may be the best thing for us .. who knows
this is not a hate the CH post ... it is merely a consider the entire community post

P.S. i did not apply because i feel that i have mastered too many proffesions and cannot be wholy objective, but out of all 8 proffessions i have mastered on all 4 characters I AM PROUDEST OF Master Bio-Engineer
i still havea bad taste in my mouth from the BH corrospondant that was BH/Pistoleer that slated the entire proffesion to his will ... going so far as to suggest nerfs
