My guess on the new energy lance:
same basic stats as a vibro lance (roughly 90-290 to start), but 3.2 speed, energy dmg (of course) and -10/+4/-5 range mods

Wow I picked up some really good tips on resources. I have one question tough. What are BE clothes and why is it important? Thanks

Okay I'm guessing no one knows the answer or can't be bothered to clue in a novice doc. Thanks for your help.

With BE clothing you can get +25 wound treatment which will give you a 25% bonus to the effectiveness of your buffs and improve your results in a similar manner for healing wounds.
The BE clothing has no bearing on creating buffs, only using them.
You can however get a crafter's apron with +5 med experimentation and assembly and buy clothing attachments (seas) that give bonuses to med experimentation.
+10 points of med experimentation gives you one extra point of experimentation. In addition higher experimentation decreases your chances of a critical fail on an experiment attempt.
