This is really an issue that is plaguing many crafters to be honest. The general approach bythe devsseems like it'sto make sure that the newly crafted items are more desirable then the old stuff. This goes against promises that were made last year, but at least it does seem to have been applied fairly consistently.


The upside to that is that the new stuff you make will be in high demand (not so much of a "pre-nerf" goods market). The downside is that pretty much any made goods that you've stocked prior to the CU are now worthless.
