So I finally got around to looking at the 30K resource deed looking for fish. I had checked swgcraft.com looking for those HQ spawns, but I know that fish meat is one of the least updated resources....I dont know if any of you have gone through the database in the deed yet, but considering there is fish on every planet its gonna take a long time to go through them all. BUT, I think I got lucky and like the sixth one listed under Corellia (first planet) is OQ 984/PE 989. I don't think its gonna get much better then that....but since Im crazy I'll still probably go through each fish listed in there just to be sure. I figure I can go through one planets fish each day before I get bored out of my mind lol.

Ditto to Chimaera? /giggle

Anyway, since I'm bored here at work, I thought I'd look up the best Valcyn fishie reported to swgcraft for the initial poster of the thread. ^^

I'd reckon that'd be: Valcyn - Beugifeineo, Rori Fish Meat, OQ: 959 PE: 886 FL: 810

They wanted the fish back. How mean! =((

Where do you get this from? I've had at least 3 crates of 50 pet stims on my vendor for about a month now that haven't sold. I have a couple of crates as back up that I haven't even put on my vendor yet as well. They just aren't selling. I'm even willing to break up a crate if someone can't afford the crate of 50, all they have to do is ask. Granted, they aren't the best pet stim C's (21/973) I've ever made, but I used the best resources I had available at the time to make them. I'm only selling them for 2k a piece as well (so a crate of 50 is selling for 100k). The only way I'm selling them is I'm putting them up for sale in Dantooine (Mining Outpost) at 2.5k - 3k a piece there, which is weird since it's cheaper in my vendor, but they seem to sell out there. I've advertised my vendor and everything and I just can't get traffic to my vendor right now. I guess people like paying a higher price for individual stims then getting a crate of them.

One thing I've done in the past when I've wanted some increased traffic is to sell pet stims on the bazaar at REAL high prices (like you mention) but then when someone buys one, send them an email (you dumb *!*@$ you coulda bought better stims at cheaper prices on my vendor at such-and-such waypoint)... well, not in those words, lol, but you get the idea

Lol funnily enough, when I was starting tailor out I used to make backpacks. I sold them on my vendor for 2k each but on the bazaar for 4k each. When I was crafting the bazaar worthy ones, I would set the name too "Travelpack - Half price on my vendor at xxx, Tatooine". Needless to say, people still bought more from the bazaar than from my vendor. I think people dont mind spending a few extra credits if its a matter of convenience.

30K fish for 500 Alex. And the answer is, +1688 strength. *Buzz* What is a pet stim D? You are correct!

Taking the fish was a complete no brainer for me. It wasn't the best fish ever on my server but it is definitely the best fish I've ever seen.

Nice, I think mine ended up 1677 or something close to that. I'm happy with it. I'm starting to give away a couple of those primo stims to each customer who buys a custom pet

What did your charges on them turn out at?

And also what were the quality of your doc subcomps? (you DID use doc-crafted subcomps, right?)

I'd bet mine'll be up there, i'm hoping that it'll be higher. I'm getting a friend 12-pt doc w/ great resources to craft the subcomps for me, so hopefully i can break 1700 with the 900+ OQ,PE, AND FL fish meat i got =D

Soooo...Im going through that resource deeds fish databsae like I said I was, one planet per day or so...well, last night I was on Dathomir (as you can see, I missed a couple days in there lol). Anyway....its late at night, Im about halfway through dathomirs list when I hit enter instead of back.....so nowI've got 30K of OQ 400/150ish fish meat.

Moral of the story, DON'T GO THROUGH THE RESOURCE DEED WHEN YOU'RE HALF ASLEEP.

Ugh,now I actually have to go buy one for 5 million credits.....

DOH! SWGcraft is your friend!

SWGcraft is only as good as the people who update it (this coming from someone who does update the creature resources). And how often has EVERY single fish spawn been updated? Matter of fact, that 984/989 fish ISN'T in the swgcraft.com database.

I like your thinking Froggie... be different... you know most people try to get the very best fish they can from their veteran reward, but you chose to get the worst. Different is good

j/k I feel for you my friend.

Perhaps we should start a thread for the most stupidest things we have done. I'll gladly submit the time I decided to craft with Mutant Rancor DNA right outside Bestine starport - yeah right, like Jabba's thugs NEVER walk passed there...
