I know people think that...but I don't think it actually matters. Maybe someone has a link to proof that it does.

My tools are +14.9 because of the materials used to make them. I also have a much lower quality one I made before I could experiment. Sometimes when I make crystals I use all three. I have not noticed any difference in the quality of the product.

+15 are no longer craftable in any form of tool but .09 isn't much of a differense so it doesn't matter.

Just out of curiosity, when did that happen? I have two +15 LS crafting tools.

Because the quality of the tool, crafting station, or resources don't matter when crafting the focusing crystals.
