rumor has it that an "invincible" CuPa (vet reward statue) sold for 25 million on kettemoor.
I really only have one thing to say... LOL!
I SOOO wish we could go to a PreCurb server and find out how good a BE he claims to be when compared to some old skool cloners
I think enough people have commented in his ad now that anyone paying any attention will get the hint.
SO you can all probably stop bumping his ad now please. ![]()

Yes. Pre-CU there were a lot of "Evolutionists". There were some incredible recipes devised by dedicated BE's that pushed pet crafting way beyond what was thought possible. Armor on a CL9. 100% Blast and Stun on a Non-CH. CL15 Bol with 60% Kinetic and Energy resists. CL10's with 12k health. CL35's with Armor, 60% Kinetic and Energy, and any two special attacks the customer could want. Arthur, Zaddock, Lloyd, Aleskander, Spazzers, Halthron, and Jekk for instance. We lived by our recipe books and excel spreadsheets. Unfortunately a lot of this camp left the profession due to the changes brought upon by the CU.
Post-CU things are a lot different. The system is new, sort've buggy, and still unfinished. Yet there are BE's who are figuring out new things daily and most likely making some well-thoughtout creatures on their respective servers. Dorelli, lamm, Braccus, and others here have shown a lot of insight to the new system.
The difference between the above people and your post however is their willingness to share the findings for the betterment of the profession. Sure, you don't have to post recipes, even though we did that back in the day, but sharing the knowledge you've gained about the system is more favorable than spouting stats and calling everyone else mashers.
I personally think 1 million is way too much for a creature (except maybe for that full RCSQ clone :/). In my ~9 months as a BE I have never charged more than 15% of that, even for specific special orders that took a lot of time and thought to make. For me it was always about the challenge and making the customers happy.

woo!! i'm stillremembered! ![]()
i do miss the old pet system and really pushing the envelope...go team "i've got a better idea, God" ![]()
im unlocking my second jedi slot in a few weeks hopefully, just so I can get an alt back into BEing. I'll have to see how much pet crafting sucks now that its been so homogenized. I'll also have to find the new answer to MHs ![]()
Ok, I'm gonna hi jack thisthread now (as if it matters by now...and even if it does, I'm an MCH so have some sympathy)
Question; From reading these poststhis is what I wonder:
- When buying a BE'ed pet these days I should only go by max health and damage since almost everything else auto adjusts to its level? So if I buy a pet with 8k health and 729 armour that pet will get a 4k armour once generated? Basically meaning that's an better option than buying a pet of same level, 6k health and 4k armour to begin with?
