ok, talked to a CSR and he said that the bio harvester thingys aren't suppose to exist and they are destroyed on sight.

I'd like you to prove that he is wrong... you can't can you, no matter what you can't prove him wrong, but there is a chance that he can prove you wrong. Even after realizing this you decide to call him a liar.
calling someone a liar makes you look like an 8 year old that is trying to indian give his favorite toy back. very childish and rudimentary indeed. SURELY you can think of ways to see this for yourself, rather than simply reacting and cutting down anyone who challenges your reality.

Most of all, I want to know how you got it. You accused us of being jealous? I'll agree
with that. Of course, all of us who don't have a harvester are jealous of those that have
them, and we want to know how to get one too. So, was it given to you by a CSR? Was it
picked off an NPC? Or did a friend of yours make a binary edit to create one for you?
I just have a severe distaste of people giving newbies false information and getting peoiples hopes up needlessly, so I'll do everything i can to ensure they realise that without evidence anything that is said is hearsay. Present me with evidence and I'll happily stop saying your a lier but I'll then want solid evidence that CSR are giving them out before I believe that they do exist. If you don't have anything to present then that fine by me, it just shows who who is being truthful here or not.
I don't care how somebody gets it, sell me some milk on Flurry. 
While you're at it I can use about 10K in fish.
I heard that harvestors like these existed in beta. Maybe when a csr was returning a lost deed they accidentally clicked the wrong thing and gave the person one of these instead?
....it could happen. 
Either way, I hope they put them back in the game...and soon!

I'll just stay skeptical of all this. It very well be a CSR loading objects up he/she shouldn't have been and givening them out to friends. Lord knows that happens all the time in every game.
I'll ask around and look on Lowca - but I've not heard of any large amounts of milk (duped or not) nor any harvester extracting milk.
How would a harvester extract milk? You going to survey for milk in the ground like it is oil? If it was a "farm" type thing were you had to keep feeding it money, energy, and flora to feed the animals so to speak I could see it. A harvester like a flora harvester you put down on spot X is a little far fetched for me.
I'll be more than happy to be proven wrong in the game and will eat crow with my glass of milk.
Tansom this thing did not only do milk. It harvested Eggs, hides, bones, meat as well. It was a Bio Harvester. All it took was credits and power. Since the one I knew of is gone I have been checking every large flora harvester I come across to see about getting more milk/eggs.
This all sounds reasonably fishy, as you folks can surely agree. You can't blame Tal-N for not thinking it exists just because someone else says it does. Up until this post,no onehas ever mentioned anything like a Bio Generator. Given that...
1. a Bio Generator has never even been heard of till now.
2. Scouts (especially plus the new 60% group rule) provide huge amounts of hides/meats/bone, making there no logical reason for those to be generated in a harvester. Such a creation would ruin Scouts in economy.
3. Milk from a harvester...? Does this thing suck onmammal teatsor what? Granted I'm making large cats out of frog DNA, but magically appearing milk sounds even nuttier.
4. Still no evidence of a Bio Generator existing has been shown.
... you can see why someone would doubt that it would exist. The Devs adding some type of harvester to collect eggs, seafood, and milk in the future is a probability. But a device being added which completely negates Scouts in the economy is extremely unlikely.
When you call someone a liar, you claim that the person is speaking out against what he knows to be the truth. Therefore, unless you can PROVE that the bio things do not exist and that the people claming they exist KNOW they do not, then you cannot call them liars.
At the most it is "ill-founded allegation".
If we assume they exist, then the claim that some CSR was handing them out could still be explained in many ways.
* The idea was tested internally based on old but unused beta codes, and rejected. Some CSR that disagreed, then handed some out to make us player scream at SOE to get them to put the in officially.
* The things spawn throe some bug of some sort. The persons getting them either keep quirt or make up storeys to conceal the code so that the bug is not fixed.
* Getting them involves some exploit, thus the ones having them do not willingly share the true source.
* The schematic is not shown in our list of things we can create, but if a commands is used to selected schematic then it can be chosen. (like the harvest DNA kill bug) again with the ones in the know speeding miss information.
The possibilities are endless, but what ever the truth I drought that they are med to exist at present time. Or we would have seen them on TC.
