I craped my pants on Starsider when 1000 OQ Dolovite spawned today.

I'm still waiting to see Plexite Amorphous Gemstone on Valcyln.. If it's spawned I've missed it, and I've never seen a noble's crest on my server..

Plexite has been on twice so far since Green Diamonds, once on Naboo and once on Dantooine, I believe. We actually use a small amount so a stockpie of 20k lasts for quite some time.

I actually have some noble crests on my vendors, but the bone crests and lekku wraps actually sell more consistantly. The few times I have made a noble's crest has been when I was in my shop and a twi'lek saw it on display and wanted me to make one.

Despite the fact that the NC can be crafted by some of the tailors, it doesn't seem all that popular. Hopefully it will continue, I like be able to craft outfits that aren't likely to be seen left and right.

What would I have to do to get you to sell me just 20 units of it? I'll beg I'll do it I swear I will.. I just want to make one of these things just to say I made one.. Especially since I may be leaving the proffession if the big nerf goes through.. lol

Bah I'll give you some...

Just throw me on your friends' list and next time you see me on, remind me

As a side note here... We (Splintt and I) have a real life friend who plays a DE, said DE came over for lunch the other day and while I was making them some ol' fashioned Tomato Soup and Grilled (I refuse to call it toasted) cheese, we started chatting about SWG. The DE made the comment that of all the crafters he has come across, time and time again it is the Tailors who are amazingly generous and kind. For the most part they will train anyone and rarely ask for a "tip", they quietly buy up undercutters items and either sell them or destroy them, and they have no problem sharing resources with one another.

He's been on sabbatical from the game, but he did make an interesting comment, "SOE has no idea what it may potentially lose if they continue with a vendor cap. Tailors are special players, and not the kind who ride the short bus, it will be a sad day for SWG when they lose the one resource that doesn't roll, the kindess and generosity of the tailors." (I paraphrased it a bit, it was a few days ago afterall, just thought that some of the Tailors out there would like to hear what we as a community are thought of by one person at least.)

Well on Ahazi we have had a nice run of rare resources over the last month or two having everything spawn except for Class 3 Solid Petro(Adv. Vibro Unit) soit seems to be rare. The rarer resources though are Ryll, Kammris Iron, Ostrine Carbonate Ore, Diatium Copper, Plumbum Iron, Gallorian Rainbow Gemstone(spawned for first time last month and has since spawned again this week).

The new one is cruddy. But the Kammris.... :0 Joygasm. Two types of amazing Kammris back to back. And we just got a 'good' Desh copper too. (As good as that junk gets), and the second best Irolunn ever

Right now on Shadowfire, there's no:

Class 1 Radioactive
Eleton Reactive Gas
Tolium Reactive Gas

What Class 2 Petro Fuel there is is crap and only on Dathomir and Rori (I might be wrong about the locations).

So did I. I further craped them when I found a 90% spot for my 10 BER mediums

No one from Flurry posted yet, so here's the big 2 on that server as far as I know:

Irolunn Gas - RARE (3-4 month wait in between spawns)

Green Diamond - As far as I know or anyone I have talked to knows, this has never spawned on Flurry.

I also believe there is a Combat Medic specific resource that either has never spawned or spawned only once since server start. I waited around for a little over two months after achieving Master Weaponsmith, and the only thing I made that could compete with the others were Melee Weapons. Got fed up with it, dropped it to keep Bio-Engineer, and two weeks later it spawns, am I kicking myself in the head? Yes.

ALL GEMSTONES seem to come and go. The "Green Diamond Gemstones" seem to be the rarest that I am always searching for. Another resource that I have seen to be rare (only because it had not spawned on our server for a few months) was: "Thoranium Steel" needed to make the Bounty Hunter Backpacks.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen the Thoranium Steel or Titanium Alluminum in a while... I stocked up on the steel by fluke, was about to move my harvesters when my previous metal had rolled and checked to see what was available... still have about 15k left from it...

A little tip to tailors who harvest their own goods. If you have the credits to spare, harvest. Get as many harvesters out there as possible (I use 3 chems, 2 minerals and 2 solars soon to be 1 fusion), I have 2 chems on fiberplast and 1 on poly or Lubricating Oil, I rotate, and the minerals just go witht he flow, when I come across a specific resource I need, I drop, harvest and stockpile. Granted I have enough warehouses to store the resources I need, but I have yet to run out of them or have to purchase them from Harvester Merchants.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you.. and btw.. THANK YOU..

You know, the thing that I find so disgusting about this is that right now with the holo craze things are so unstable in this game.. This whole thing is driving away people like us, people who are stable.. We know what we want to do, we do it well, and we enjoy it.. The end result I see in all of this is an end to nicely designed, well stocked shops.. I see a future full of nothing but empty holo-merchant vendors, non-stop spam everywhere, and horrendous lag.. I see this game going in a direction that I don't think I care for, and I just think it's very sad...
