hmm...I dont think Valcyn has any ultra rare resources, as soon as Alantium Spawned that was about it, but since then we'be had 3 or 4 types of Alantium, 4 or 5 types of Ryll, if any resource is going rare, its Ostrine Ore.

THe last of the rare WS resources to spawn on Valcyn was Crism.

The ore for one of the master arch furniture items is very rare on Shadowfire. As well, Class 4 Liquid Petro went for like 6-8 weeks without spawning (October and November and some of December), which really hurt the doctors and medics.

Domesticated meat, I'd say is the most difficult to get ahold of, Good Domesticated meat that is. Everything else I have heaps of.

On Bria, I believe Phoktolite Extrusive Ore has not spawned in about 5-6 months. Devs put it on Bria this is getting ridiculous

Personally I think that there should be code in place to enforce every name specific required material spawns at least for a couple of days once a month. Rare is one thing. None is another.

It appears to be completely random and I feel it should be influenced a little. Seems like random is a little whacky sometimes also.... like atlantium ore had never spawned up until about november, then we got about 6 in a row.

In my galaxy, it's high quality reactive gas. I'm on one of the original servers and to my knowledge we've had only 4 spawns over 900 OQ (one of which happened only on Yavin so hardly anyone knew about it).

4 months for us on Gorath,since ostrine last showed and still has yet to show. People are starting up their own shrines to the ostrine goddess (whoever she is). I'm tempted to drop 1 unit of my last 6k of ostrine and surround it with torches myself.

No point really taking note though, as you can bet the instant it spawns it will be mined to death. Ostrine went for as much as 258cpu recently on a board auction (it was good ostrine at least, OQ > 900).

An auction of 10k ostrine ore went for 625:1. Yes 6.25M for 10k of ostrine. It hadnt spawned for 4 months....

It spawned a week later. We now have Ostrine and lots more weaponsmiths again. Happy days.

Outside of that major Ostrine shortage we have been pretty fortunate.
