*gets head examined* Hmm, didn't look all that bad really...
I like this profession. If you don't, ok. I don't really need to hear about it. Thank you

Incidentally, Fratman, DC's post at no time made the generalization you claimed. He was talking about *you*. And about what would happen if everyone wanted to be a jedi as much as you think they do. But you didn't actually read it, did you?

I'm a BE. I love it. I have other characters on other servers to chase holos. My BE is for my enjoyment when the holo-hunt gets too trite and irritating and god-awful to stand anymore.

Just shut up and get your FS slot and leave. kk thx bye.

And yes, I think you're some idiot twelve-year-old virginal troll, too. gg kekekeke.

wow your an angry dude. you say i generalize but then u claim anybody who wants to be a jedi is just out to be the most leet or whatever you wanna call it. Nice. Oh yeah, don't worry about the economy so much either you allen greenspan wannabe. what a tool. and yes putting your heart into a video game is weird, the fact that you don't think it is just shows how truly warped you are.

Lol, I'm not even going to deign to respond to such an idiotic post. I will, however, point out that nowhere did I say "anybody who wants to be a jedi is just out to be the most leet or whatever you wanna call it." You jumped off of a cliff there, in terms of logic. Oh, and on a side note: you should've used "you're" instead of "your" in your first sentence.

Seems to me that someone didn't do too well in his second-grade English class, and that maybe this certain someone also needs to take a course in debating and argument-construction.

Roflol...That's all I have to say to that

Oh, and as far as "young stud" goes...Hmmm, ladies find intelligence and maturity and security (ie, qualities that I strive to maintain) far more appealing in general than immaturity and stupidity (which are qualities you obviously exude). I think you're probably jealous that a good ol' chemistry geek like me has better luck with the ladies than you. In fact, I'd wager you're probably a college student (and a rather dense one who hasn't quite learned the way of things yet) who's an undeclared major and has no real goal in life other than to see if he can get with a woman (I'll get to that in a moment). I'd bet you live with your parents, but that would "put a cramp on your style," so I'll go out on a limb and say you live away from home.

As far as women go...you've got a lot more to learn than you think. I guess if you're going for the stereotypical "sorority chick" (no offense to anyone here intended; I'm simply calling forth a stereotype as an example), then you probably fit in well (actually, you're probably more than a bit short there, but I'll let that one lie). You'd not stand a chance with a woman who's actually grown up a bit and knows what she wants in a guy.

You still have a lot of growing up to do yourself, little Fratboy. Enjoy the time you can mooch off your parents...it won't last forever

You know what's odd...Looking back at your previous posts, you actually had some decently constructive things to say in the other fora. Odd that you'd suddenly turn into an @$$ when you get on this one, but then again, it's a lot easier to shoot things as a rifleman than it is to use your cerebrum and make a darn good clone. I guess you're just envious of the amount of brainpower the rest of us utilize in comparison to your own Neanderthal mentaltiy.

"Me club woman...Me drag her back to cave..."

- Fratboy philosophy (actually, I wonder if I could even term it philosophy...not intelligent enough to warrant such a lofty title)

Lol. To all the people out there who act like they are all high and mighty and could care less about holocrons or being a jedi, please stop. You know you want to be a jedi. Its the coolest thing in the game and the hardest to achieve. The sad fact is that most of the people who say that don't want to be a jedi are the same people who just plain suck at the game and can't figure out how to get their hands on a holocron. Stop hating all the holo hunters and jedi wannabes, atleast they are honest about it.

Sorry sweetie, some folks really DON'T care if they ever get a Jedi or not. There are MANY reasons to play a MMO - power isn't at the top of everyone's list. Just because my list of priorites is backwards to yours doesn't make me a hater either. I enjoy seeing everyone achieve their goals - but just remember, it doesn't diminish your goal if everyone else doesn't share it.

The hardest thing for some players to come to understand, especially if this is their first dance at a MMO is that there is NO endgame - and in most, goals you set for yourself are the most rewarding - not necessarily what the game mechanics lead you thru.

I'm a tailor. For some unknown reason - I'm ALWAYS a tailor (usually with other junk thrown in). That's what I LIKE to do, and I've done it in one world or another for many many years now. In this particular one - I'm also a bio engineer as that dovetails beautifully into tailoring in this world. I'm - believe it or not - happy with my selection and don't care to be anything else. Will be much nicer of course when all the bugs are squished - but as a choice of what I want to do and be in this universe - I'm very content.

You come here defaming a profession many of us chose - and have suffered with and thru for months because it's a means to your end. You are doing the exact same thing you are accusing others of - not valuing the choice folks have made.

Would I have set the Jedi system up so folks HAD to do things they didn't value or enjoy? Probably not, but it was rather predictible. Jedi's are supposed to be rare - and in a massively multiplayer game - the only tried and true way to limit something is to make it a pita so most folks avoid it. The only problem is - even that doesn't usually work, it slows the process down - but it usually doesn't accomplish rarity if the reward is high enough - it just pisses folks off.

So no - unless there are Jedi tailors - I don't care to be a Jedi.
