Thread: Tissue Pricing
It really is going to depend on your server and how much competetion you have. Supply and demand play a big part in our economy like it is suppose to. Myself I did the following once I got back into the game. I looked at the trade boards for how many WTB post for tissue there were. I also looked for auctions by BEs. I found multiple auctions selling broad-specs. So I made me a few crates of 86 str BSNs with flora/meat I had left over from my earlier adventures. I sold the first batch of 6 for 52k per crate. The next batch of 87s sold for 50k per crate. As such I put a dozen crates of 86 str BSNs for 51k and 87 str BSN for 52k on my vendor. Finaly price will be about 54k with tax in the city. I'll see if any have sold or not tonight. If they all have sold I'll keep the prices I have as I make a fair profit. Or if they have not sold in a day or so I'll drop the price down by 1k or 2k.
For the other items I plan to make I'm using the BSNs as a base. Figure up your cost to make the item. For me the tubers cost 7cpu and the meat 40cpu recently when I restocked. BSNs take 35 organic, 25 flora, and 20 meat. So figure 60 tubers @ 7cpu and 20 meat @ 40cpu. That is a cost of 1220 per BSN. Then you need to factor in your other expenses like maintance and power on your factory. There are various tools that can help you with this. So basicly when all is said and done I make about 15k on each crate of BSNs. Chefs then take that and make gosh only how much from brandy, etc. sales.
Step 1 - figure out raw cost of flora/meat/bones/etc
Step 2 - figure out cost for maintance/power - or you can eat this as a sunk cost.
Step 3 - price your items at an acceptable profit for yourself + raw cost.
Hope this helps

This is the closest thing I see to my pricing on Valcyn. I charge 20K a case for all my nutrients, heavy, Medium and light.
Critter pricing is a straight 1K per level for the most part.

And 1-2Mil for a schematic. My pricing is mainly because the blue milk has been goin for175K/crate for +375 with 4shots.Brandy goes for250-300K/crate for +400 and 8shotsBivoli sells for anywhere around200-250K/cratethats still almost a 1000% markup considering it takes less for a chef to pruduce a crate than it does for me.-=Dak'Lar=-
On Scylla:
Blue Milk goes for 80k per crate
Brandy goes for 75k per crate
Bivoli goes for 100k per crate
My Pricing:
Light - 20k per crate
Medium - 25k per crate
Heavy - 30k per crate
Of course, for Flavor enhancers this goes up (milk is hard to get in large quantities - it's better now than before, but dairies would still be nice). Filling reducers require specific meat, as do quantity enhancers, so those cost more too.
