Oh Nam, would you be able to make the tool work 'always on top' so that BE's could have it active over the swg window to enter their data? that would be a cool feature of it and make life much easier for people

good work, but...

where's the slot for secret research data?

You mean the secret research data that was put into the game by your superiors, never fully explained and with no plans for future implimentation?

That research data?

I was wondering how hard it would be to put in a feature where we could add, or merge databases together to form a super database? My thoughts are that we could load one file up, and then merge it with another, and then save it as a new/different file.

This way, I can keep my level 10 DNA seperate from the DNA I use for 22s, and 70s. If I wanted to blend, I simply load one file up, merge it with another and savethe combined dataas a different file if I wanted.

This would allow us to share data also and quickly buildup a monster database!

Hmm, no idea how to do that I'll see if I can find some info online.

Atm I'm tryin to get it to work again. I added a filter function earlier and it has messed up everything. Everything. Nothing works. And backups are for losers \o/

hehe no worries if you can't was just a little after thought, would be nice but not essential

Lammergeier: Nam posted a link to his COMDLG32.OCX file, not sure if it needs an update for the new version

Nammesiah: You are truly the master mate, floating over swg is a prefect little option for this program

Hmm, did you use any of the earlier version? They all needed COMDLG32.OCX to run (the windows load/save dialog) so you must've had it.

I did use the earlier version... which is why I'm puzzled. I'll get it sorted out... or wreck my machine trying.

You might have uninstalled some other program that used the file. Just drop a copy of COMDLG32.OCX in the same directory as the BETool and it'll work.

And an updated version ready for download - Sort & Filter für alle.
