As far as Sarlacc bile is concerned, I just got some yesterday and was sad to see that I was unable to use it for anything. I'm sure it has a use, but I don't know what it is.

What do you do with rancor bile? If i can sell it, how much is it worth?

Rancor Bile generally adds an insane amount of charges (113-135) while lowering range and only increasing power a small bit. It's used to replace the dispersal in poisons/diseases.
I buy them for like 5k or so if offered at my vendor.

Rancor bile replaces a dispersal mechanism in poisons and disease stimpacks. They range in stats from:
70 Charges
5 Power
to
133 Charges
7 Power
They are great for raising the number of charges on your packs, but your power suffers for it. The power of an advanced dispersal mechanism is much higher than 7. This means that you will make poisons/diseases with more uses, but that are less powerful.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I can't find it. How do you add Rancor Bile to diseases? I'm Master CM. I tried to add 2 of them and the computer told me it was a bad resource.......

it replaces a component in the final crafting...the dispersal mech IIRC, but that could be incorrect.

Also, make sure it isn't within an equipped container(i.e. backpack) when attempting to use it in crafting.

Just a quick question for you CMs, how much, typically, does rancor bile sell for? Ive got 4 things of it and i dont want to rip anyone off/get ripped off. Thanks much.

It's been awhile since I've seen them but if I recall correctly It's not that great. It in itself doesn't have any range but it replaces the ranged component. If I recal correctly you'll end up with something around 90 charges but very small range. It may be worth it to some but most want more range then the bile provides.
