I had a wander around Dath a couple of days ago as a BE/Ranger to check out the mobs and their dna (I know Dath isn't balanced yet).


First off I made a camo kit but /conceal wasn't working so I just relied on maskscent. The mobs themselves, when you could see the health value I noticed it was slightly higher than it is currently on live. The health of the mobs does still vary but without seeing the actual value finding the highest health one to sample as you would now is down to trial and error.


The most interesting thing I found and was the reason I wanted to head out to Dath in the first place is that enraged rancors and female malkloc plainswalkers are now level 76. I was able to get a sample from the plainswalker after a few attempts but I didn't get a rancor one, I was always agro'ed when maskscent was broken. I did try sampling the male plainswalker at level 81 maybe 10-15 times but had no joy, just got hit for 1,200 when it agro'ed.


Hopefully the levels will stay as they are when the planet is balanced and give us a little more choice in making high end pets. I did check out the stintaril prowler afterwards to see if their level was any different but it was up 1 to 84.


The dna I got showed the bugged 1000 fortitude, the effectiveness resists look to have been converted but special protections were still as in live. I had a quick go at making a pet but it came out with light armor and as Joker points out this threw the level right out, it was 157 with relatively poor stats.
