Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble getting the silly thing to load? The website itself is bugged. But I'm not really surprised by what I'm hearing about it. I'm just concerned by the idea that this really is the best they can do because there never was any internal documentation of the system. Scary, huh? A guide like this should be simple to whip out because there should have been internal documentation made at the time. Cut and paste and voila! Not cut and paste from the people who are blindly trying to make sense of things out of trial and error. I'm shocked, but shouldn't be considering the track record. ...Now if I can only get something other than an empty blue box to load on to my screen....

I have a feeling that they assigned the office FNG to do the guide. He forgot to do it and, while out drinking with his buddies, came in to work on a Saturday night and promptly copy/pasted our FAQ and renamed it as our guide.
