Actually Thunderheart has said in the past that one way they decide what things to act upon as far as development is by how often they come up in emails to that address, or phone calls to customer service. I've made pleas in the past for ID's to write and/or call in. Certainly the correspondent program is a very direct and effective way to let the devs know what the community needs and wants, though there are a lot of communities out there

although I hate it when people post "dev please respond"... I usually purposely NOT respond to them, since obviously I'm not a dev

Stupid, why did you post this on every single profession board? Trying to get to get up to a new forum rank maybe? Won't work, you have to be here for a month to get community member and even more months to go up to the next rank.

The Musician and Dancer Devs (Pro Tempore) read the board and respond to posts. Your analysis is flawed!

It's true. We do read and respond to posts on the entertainer boards.
However, do not make the mistake of believing that it is Dev Pro-Tempore policy that the response to a given post has to have anything todo with that particular post. We reserve the right at all times to respond in a thread to an entirely different post, with or without citing the source that we will draw from. We like to think it might keep everyone on their toes that way.
That said, the answer is " not until after JTL."
Now,back to your regularly scheduleddiscontent. ![]()

Well, i don't think you are completely right there... These forums are also ment to be the interface to our correspondent Vertexon... So, if he is checking our discussions (what he is doing), then he will carry our issues/thoughts to the devs.
Yes, that is exactly the case.
It's no so much a matter of us not being heard, but rather of scheduling constraints. Right now the Devs are focusing on a successful Publish 10 and JTL launch, so a lot of things just can't be done yet(including the much-needed Combat Revamp).
That said, they are working on getting as many "interim fixes" in between now and JTL as possible (which includes the CM/Doc stuff we have already seen on Test Center). I presented our list of recommended CH interim fixes, and have been inquiring as to what we might be able to get.
