And I echo the above sentiments - you can always come back later, and will be welcomed with open arms.
I'm seeing these messages everywhere... so many people really wanting to get over this hump, but just not having anything left in their tank to do so. I totally understand as I'm almost there myself.

Sorry to hear this. I know for myself, I'm loving the smuggler changes for the CU. Its been more fun that I could have imagined. I'd like to blow some sunshine your way and say give it another try. (You must unlearn that which you have learned, as yoda would say). Once you 'let go' of the old system, the new one just makescomplete sense.

You have been a stalwart member of this community for a long time, and I have always enjoyed your insight and wisdom (even if you're not a Dr. like everyone seems to think!:smileywink

Actually, the Jedi thing is only a part of it. SWG was Star Wars and the CU took some of the Star Wars out of it and put in too many fantasy-style things that scream Fantasy-game-with-a-Star-Wars-theme to me.

Coming from someone who's left the game twice, once for 4 months then later again for 5 more, I cansympathize with a broad spectrum ofmotives. I returned because this is the only Star Wars MMO out there...
Keep watching the game from a distance (I'm pretty sure you will be anyway). One day...this *will* be a fully functional game that is polished.
While you wait for this to happen, take inspiration from Obi-Wan Kenobi. He waited in a desert shanty-shack for 20 years for Luke to be ready...eating crackers, crafting hand-made sandals....
Until then, Wolfe. The game may cross your path again and be ready to roll. And have a dungeon instance where a group can raid a Super Star Destroyer to rescue a VIP (since the Death Star's already gone)...or do a Trench Run on similar space station (once again, since the Death Star...),... or be smuggled by a Smuggler because your Jedi visibility is too high....then repay that smuggler by bucking down the Bounty Hunter who's coming after *him* from the death mark he got from helping *you*...
Yeah, I'm still paying the monthly...but dreaming, that's free.
