You can wear the following together:
Bandolier
Shirt
Jacket
Pants
With the best tissues available of +4/+18 Melee/Stun Defense, you would get +16/+25 bonus. If you go to Fashions by TK and limit the display to only combat tissues, you can see what items are available.

Make sure you get 4 Socket boots, Gloves, Belt, Headwrap
aswell as the items Mentioned ( Shirt, Pants, Bando, Jacket )
In the Boots, Gloves, Belt and Headwrap add Sea's for Melee Defence, Ranged Defence Dodge and Block. Even if they are Just Plus 1 and 2 these tapes do help and will stack with the other clothing.
So instead of just plus 16 melee with just 6k off the Bazzar melee Defence tapes you can get Plus 20 with Just plus 1s
This is what I did for myself and all my jedi Friends, I feel bad tho for the wookies. The Clothing they have sucks for BE Melee Stun.
I as a Tailor buy the good Sea's when I find them and Add them to 4 Socket Clothing and make a Nice Profit.

I usually can get more sockets by using better resources it seems. But I do charge more because even then it isstill random and it may take me 3-4 tries, sometimes more. I usually try to keep some specific factory 4 socket items on my vendors tho, like bandoliers especially.

I have +23 clothing assembly, I've noticed a higher frequency of 4 sockets since I got it. The tapes are pretty cheap so were worth getting imo.

They do help and I use those skilltapes too. So does FS assembly. It seems when I want to use lots of expensive tissue that I have the worst luck though!

*nod* was trying to make 4 socket medic/defence para camo pants schematic and it took 4 tries to get it... luckily it means that i can stack a variation of colours for my BE wear I suppose.

Hi there. I just wanted to know what all Defences that can be put into BE Clothing. So far I know that Stun, Melee and Bleeding can be put into clothes. But I want to know if Def. vs Knockdown and Dizzy and things like that can go into clothes. And if so, whats the max numbers that can be gotten out of them. Thank you!!!

That's pretty much it as far as combat defenses go. If you check the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum you'll be able to find lists of all the mods that are available if you're interested.

Max BE tissue enhancement on all items is +25.
So you could have a +25 item or a +12 and a +13.
Having 2 +25 will not give you +50

Oh. So basically, I can have a set of pants made at +25 to Stun and a shirt with +25 to melee, right?
And Thanks!

No, the best you can have is a pants with +4/+18 Melee/Stun Defense and a shirt with the same giving you +8/+25 Melee/Stun Defense. The tissue that BE's make contains both mods and the best tissue with the best resources is usually +4/+18

To try clarifying...
In order to get a +25 mod the item needs to have 2 separate slots for the modded components. Multiple components in the same slot do not stack bonuses. The particular component that give the defensive mods is a Reinforced Fiber Panel. The only items of clothes that will take multiple Panels (thus allowing +25 to stun, in this case and +8 to melee)are flightsuits, however you cannot wear a full set of armor over one (can't wear armor pantsover the suit unfortunately).
Therefore it's most common for combatants to wear a modded shirt (most common choices areeither a Formfitting Undershirt or a Reinforced Work Shirt) w/ +4melee/+18 stun defense mod and a bandolier (any style) also with a comparable mod. Pants are fine, but again, you can't wear them with armor.
If you don't care about armor pants then you have more flexibility at to what you can wear and if you wear pants, shirt and bandolier you can get your melee defense mod up to +12 (I assume... never actually tried it myself).
No matter what the + of the clothing items, the max bonus you can get is +25 so wearing two or three +18 items won't boost your bonus over 25 no matter what.
Just for the record while the melee/stun tissue is a combined mod, the bleed defense tissue has no associated extra mod in it.
