MSwords/Doc 4004/Fencer 0404/Tk 0200 with FS melee speed 4 is my temp. I switch off between my PH and a Blade of Nyenthi'orthis, though, so the 0404 benefits me far more than 0400 TK would.

Well those templates aren't anything I'd recommend, but if you're set on those 2, I'd say the second one. Pikes /w swords AB do a ton of dmg... only draw back is you'll need armor (which could be a plus if you armor break slice your suit).

Have you considered TKM/Mpikes/Doc 4/x/x/x? Best of both worlds seeing as how you have a thing for pikes and tk... not to mention the healing is very decent.

Answer: Neither. Go MTK/Master Brawler/Doc 4004/ Swords 0034

Gives all benifits of Master TK. Great Heals and all the buffs. The best Critical Strike and Armor Break. Master Brawler gives Parry Risposte (spelling?) Stance which is ok. But the huge benifit is the extra attack it gives (melee assault) and The unarmed damage it adds. Granted, I am not sure if the unarmed damage it adds works or not. I am not sure how the bug works, but if and when they fix it if it already isn't adding the damage it will be a valuable asset. Also it adds general melee enhancements too I am not sure which ones because I don't have the screen open yet. I will also get my character's stats on here while it has no clothes on it and a knuckler in its hand so you can compare if you want.

P.S. I know mysig doesn't say that the above I suggested is my temp but it is. I haven't had time to change the sig yet. If you decide you don't want to listen to it anyways go with the Swords option. At least that way you will have the advanced armor break which is essential for taking out jedi and really tough opponents.
