West and North a bit of Daeric.

I'm new to the CH profession and I want to tame a GSP since everyone says they make a great low level pet. The problem is I've been searching Talus for about 2 hours and have yet to see a GSP lair. Is there a specific area I should search to find them? Also is there anything specific I need to do to get the baby?

Go to Nashal and just go along the river heading north, should be plenty of em there, but finding a baby is kinda difficult now unless you can kill the current gsp's guarding the nest.

My brother and I ran around Talus for a few hours or so and only got a total of 3. We flew into Nashal (sp?) and ran south 1200-1500m and searched around there. Before we were CH's we used to run missions out of Dearic to the south and used to see them way south around the rivers edge. The only thing you truely need is a CH level of 25 1/1/0/0 or if wookie (I believe) 0/1/0/0.

Well, from everyone one elses posts there are all over, but one thing looks to be common, the rivers edge.

The southern city on Talus, head south and southeast from the city. Look for the river area, usually on the shores you will find lairs. I have heard there might be missions for them but cannot verify. The side note you have to sometimes tickle the lair. So have to kill the 2 GSP's guarding them. Sometimes on a rare occasion you will seea GSP baby before you have to tickle, just watch the 2agro guards that sometimes spawn. You will need 1/1/0/0 to tame one. CL 23 whe full grown.

Also it helps to have a Ranger around.

heh, i meant dearic sorry about that,and doexactly what Tharryth said.

I do not believe that BE's can make Greature Sludge Panthers. I would like to know if there is any reason for this? Otherwise why not start a petition to allow BE's to make them? They would certainly bring in much revenue for BE's. I would probably buy 6 if they are able to be created.

We can make the cousin called a Razor Cat, but even so it is weaker and smaller then a Greater Sludge Panther.

The reason we cannot make Greater Sludge Panthers is actually for a very simple reason.

The pUsh for the release caused that possibility to be left on the way side of the road to sale.

No biggie...as I am sure the developer team had many plans they could not implement.

You see there where still many bugs that needed quashing before sale time, so many new things where left alone and SOE wanted the game out...at least it was playable.
