We did it last night twice. Killed one, killed by the other (the second one was VERY good).
I look for the ones that I know will be rolling from starport to starport looking for PvP. They usually don't mind. We actually had one get mad at us last night because he wanted us to take his mission instead of the one we got.

Here's how it goes...
1) Bounty Hunters are supposed to kill Jedi. Sure, they call it "bounty hunting," but we're really assassins.
2) Jedi are stronger than Bounty Hunters. Not b*tching, just stating a fact. A finished template BH can't go toe-to-toe with a finished template Knight.
3) Ergo, you have to be clever. Get them while they're meditating, while they're waiting in line to get buffed. Get invited into their grind group and attack while a bunch of nasties have them aggroed. Whatever it takes- do it.

Agreed, and if you are thinking then obviously Jedi is not for you either.
