Here is my first try at this.

I just dabble (the char not the profession)on another server, and only a low level BE, but made a funny pet..
Level 16 durni, 5k HAM, 37% kenetic resist, 120ish damage, and knockdown special. Not a great pet, but this is no ordinary bunny..
Don't ask how I made him, have no idea..
mostly DNA from bol's and pickets.. I think.. I was just goofing around. (and I'm really really tired lol )
So how are you guys handling the requests for something specific in each area? I'm getting requests for level, resists, armor, and specials. It would be nice to know what DNA slot did what, exactly (or how they are weighted if slots carry over, which it seems like they do).
So far today I spent my time just experimenting and trying to make myself some new pets. I was able to make a couple mounts that are actually worth using (level in the 40s, one in the 30s). The problem I had with mounts is that they count against a pet out (I'm master CH too), and that it wouldn't be that great for battle. I'm seeing a market here . . . unless I'm the only one that still cares about mounts now that bikes are out.
I think we BE's need to educate our customers regarding pet skins. I'm getting alot of requests for Kimos, but I don't think people understand it doesn't matter what skin it is, it's NOT a Kimo that is found in the wild, it's what you make it to be (unless you make it completely out of Kimo DNA, then sure).
This might be redundant, but so far it seems that the Physical and Aggression slots determine armor (and it only gets armor after you experiment on it, be careful, if you fail after a sucess in this area, you could get no more armor), and they determine specials. I'm still not 100% sure, but it seemed _somewhat_ consistant.
I'm making an army of tiny pets for myself, as I hate the large ones, they are always in the way (bearded jax, kima, etc.)

Incredibly high creature level, but it shouldn't be a problem... Looking forward to using him in PvP when he grows up.
Made this early on patch day to check stuff out. Will have better details the next trip through.

Good god! Check this one out! Used 4 Nocuous Kamurith and 1 Kamurith Snapper (Mental for the latter if I recall). Points into Physique and Agression primarily.
