I know this has been asked a thousand times. But since that last patch I have not been able to make good non CH pets. I stumbled onto a gurreck I made at lvl10 it had 3300ham attack of 150-160 crapy resists, and a stun attack. But I have no idea how I made him. Does anyone have any good templates for a nice CH pets?

Check my guide on this page called "the perfect guide to the perfect 10". It's got everything you need for making non-ch pets.

Well over 200+ species, possible for 5 slots to contain any of those 200+, then experimentation and a system none of us are totally familar with and your expecting a step by step guide? Gimme a break....

Not a step by step, a sure shot.... There has to be a cambo that you know works for sure everytime, thats what I am looking for. Just the DNA sequence, and where to use the points. It doesnt need to be the best posible non CH pet, I am just looking for a template so I can start making average non CH pets to start filling my orders. You dont have any sets that you know work?

There is nl cut and dry opne shot recipe for good CL10 pets unless you want to make 900HAM no resist no specials CL10 pets. If you want a recipe like that then you should go be a weaponsmith. Being a good Bio-Engineer takes a lot of work and creativity. The cloning system has way too manuy random variabvles in it for any one shot recipe for anything.

Listen guys, I am not trying to be rude, I read the post, and it was a great post. But to be frank, I am not a bio engineer, I am a PvP player, I love combat. This profesion really isnt for me. I started it about a week ago for a holocron. I got master the other day, and just wanted to get some money out of it before I droped it. Now the server I play in is a high money server. Most of the master CH pets sell for 300-500k, so I have a made a few mil. in the last day or two with that. But a lot of people want 2-3kham non CH pets, those go for around 150k. Now the template for the master pets I have been making is cut and dry, you use Bark Might Burrowers, and Toxic Merek Battlelords, but them in the order BMB,TMB,BMB,TMB,BMB with that I make gurreks, they come out around 10k ham, light armor, 60% kinetic, 390-400 with strong poison, and strong disease ranged attacks, those are what sell for about 300-500k. I can make those easy. Just thought there might be somthing simple like that for non CH pets. Like I said, I am not good at bio engineer. I am a fighter, I am just trying to get some money out of bio before I drop it.

My advice is drop it and go on to your next. It's going to take way too much effort for you to even get a good one.

I agree with Centurion. I know you didn't intend your post to sound this way, but when combined with your follow on about just being in this for holo-grinding it sounds like this:
You: "Hi. Anyone know how to make a really elite CL10 pet? I can't figure it out."
Tal-N: "Yeah, as part of my election campaign for most helpful player ever, I took all the really hard work and research I did (that took me hours and hours by the way) and completed a guide for people like you for free. That's right, absolutely free. The only thing you have to do is read it and apply the techniques listed and you will be set.
You: "Yeah, I read that. Great post by the way, but I'm looking for a simple, easy to use recipe so I don't have to think at all. I think it's perfectly reasonable to ask this in spite of the fact that you already told me exactly how to craft one of the most challenging things in the game. I'm lazy but still want to make mad cash. Oh, by the way, I'm about to dump this profession and only did it for a holo anyway. Say, how about you come over to my house and do it for me. I'll give you 10% of the proceeds..."

I'll tell you how to make money out of BE before you drop it and grind something else. Craft mask scent tissues and injury heal tissues. Its the fastest easiest way to make a lot of money without having to tax your brain too much. Better yet, just craft some nice pet stims and vita packs thenplace them on the bazaar. you can make them in crates and partition them out for a quick credit.
Tissues equal money. Pets equal fun and a sense of purpose and achievement.

Geesh, you act like there is something wrong with wanting a defined system, like every other crafting class has. Its not like "The perfect guide..." was perfect, there are a lot of unknowns still left in it. While I enjoy figuring out the rules, and there are many guide out there that help players(Sumo's has been especially good at consolidating what we have learned, and the "Rough Draft..." posts great at breaking it down into plain courses of action), you can't expect everyone to have the time.
Anyway, I have a post up in another thread for CL 10's, consistently. You can still mess it up with failures or experimenting too much, but you do get good pets. And it gives you the flexibility to begin playing with the system, so maybe it will pique your interested into all the things the class can offer.

Just curious what combinations for dna you've had luck with for non ch pets. I've done a lot with huurtons and pikets, also some creatures that have around 1k to 2k ham, but I can't seem to make good non ch pets.
I might get around 2.5k ham. However the damage is about 40 to 50.
I can make wonderful lvl 37 pets.. but non ch still boggles my mind.
Anyone with some helpful tips?
