Only the leader of the group grants SL bonuses.

And I've never heard of the /makeleader rumor.

Would be handy to know if that makeleader thing is a bug. It's tough enough finding a group that feels the need to have a squad leader, but it's even tougher trying to talk them into disbaning and remakeing the group.

I'l take your word for it, since I never notice a difference anyway, only worried about getting the possible best out of whatevers at our disposal.
