I just love it how in the year 2003 we have the technology to mass harvest fish through a relatively new invention called "fishing nets" (if you dont believe me they exist look it up!!) and fish farms (I know I know sounds Sci-Fi but really they do exist) **yet** in an age of space travel we need to resort to using a fishing pole to catch fish one by one...
Hell, why stop at fishing!? I believe before good ol' JC walked the earth humans figured out how to domesticate animals for their meat... Well in SWG that concept still hasnt fully materialized... We have to hunt animals the way outancestors did 1000s and 1000s of years ago (long before we could even send a satelite into space)...
But my all time favorite is when my 5'11" mon call can kd a 40 foot rancor and kun-fu his a$$ to death along with 8 of his buddies.... Rancors are such nubs....

All joking aside it is all about time sinks. Everything worth anything in SWG requires you to spend large chunks of time either grinding, harvesting, waiting for a rare spawn, and/or spending hours/days /afk ninja looting caves/NPCs.
Dont get me wrong, I do understand that MMORPG are very complex and that it would be impossible to just release one that could be complete with a perfectly balanced realistic combat system andeconomy **but** I'm sure with a little more "thinking outside the box" SOE could find different ways to accomplish the same goalswhile providing a little more immersion
