Ok, i can understand charging more if you want to have a full stocked vendor but at that point more than likely you aren't making chef tissues to begin with, because you aren't going to get repeat business for individual crates of chef tissues, that takes at least 1/2 runs (500) for it to be worthwhile to a chef.
Saying that you are having to pay 100cpu for meat to compete with doctors really isn't true or shouldn't be true. If you are using avian meat in your additives then you will never have full runs. Carnivore Meat is the only way to go (maybe dant herbivore).

I have a full set of vendors for chef tailor and CH, assuming I can get the stupid crappy tailor resources (grrr) I rotate my factories to get a good stock of everything.

Having one person buying out your stock repeatedly for one particular item is damaging to your business. And this is as true in real life as it is in the game. You see some small hi-tech firms that sell widgets to some larger hi-tech firm, and that's cool while it lasts, but if they ever lose that contract in the future, they might as well declare bancruptcy. So it really does matter where your money comes from. The ideal situation is to have your sales spread out very broadly to a lot of different customers.
The other thing is that for those trying to put together a shop where you sell multiple types of things, the thing that you value the most is foot traffic. Once somebody comes into your shop, they take a peek at the various vendors and do a lot of "impulse" buying. But the best way to limit foot traffic is to always be out of the things that your customers are there to buy in the first place, because they may not return if you are.
Personally I never had a problem with this in terms of chef tissues as I was generally able to produce them much faster then they were bought (in fact many times they would "time out" or at least sit there for a week or more). And contrary to what some have said, Ifrequently had chef "nibblers" who would walk in and buy 3-4 crates out of a full run on my vendor. But I used to have a big problem with this with pet stim C's (back in the day). I had one customer in particular that claimed to be his group's "pet healer" on big game hunts (k. dragons, kimos and such), back in the old days when group hunting and pets were both popular. He offered many times to buy all the pet stims I could create, and asked me to tell him each timeI completed a batch. But after thinking about it, I explained to him that this was detrimental to the "store" concept, and that if I sold to only one person it would be like I didn't even carry that product at all. In the end the best I was able to do for him was to set aside a crate of two on occasion, and he had to come check the vendors periodically like everyone else if he wanted more.

Well Im looking for someone to supply me with about 2 runs of BSN's and 2 runs of INN's that are 85+ and 115+ each week and was thinking if I payed more theres more chance of them sticking with it.
Contact me in game if you are interested, I sent you some tells earlier but got no reply, I think I might be on your ignore list!
IMO if you're needing that kind of quantity then you'd better be paying a lot, you're effectively tieing up 2 whole factories permanently.
Damn, usually I throw in a 5k per crate discount on orders of 10 crates or more. I've got a handful of chefs I deal with on Scylla that I work exclusively with... providing 2-4 schems per week of Intels or Broads and I have scouts I pay well 20-50 cpu (depending on quality) for meat... sometimes I'll pay higher. I'd rather keep reasonable prices (25k-50k) and have a constantly moving inventory than some of my server competition that sells Intels or Broads for like 80-100k per crate. I look at their consistently full vendors... and then look at my growing bankroll, and
